Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of RocketReply, operated by Mahtani Pte Ltd ("RocketReply", "we", "us"). By signing up or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. What RocketReply does

RocketReply detects when a WhatsApp call to your business goes unanswered and automatically sends the caller a WhatsApp message on your behalf. You are responsible for using the service in compliance with applicable laws, WhatsApp's Terms of Service, and your own customer relationships.

2. Your primary WhatsApp number and account risk

RocketReply connects to the primary business WhatsApp number that your customers call. There is no spare-SIM or secondary-number isolation, because the number your customers dial is the number that must be linked. RocketReply pairs as a linked companion device using unofficial connectivity, not WhatsApp's official Business API.

You acknowledge that WhatsApp may restrict, suspend, or ban a number for behaviour it deems to be spam, and that any such restriction attaches to your primary number and account — not to a throwaway device. We keep sending volumes low and human-paced to reduce this risk, but we cannot eliminate it and do not guarantee against it. You are responsible for keeping WhatsApp chat backup enabled so that message history can be restored if you re-link.

3. Consent and no spam

You may only use RocketReply to reply to people who called your business. Every conversation includes an opt-out mechanism, and you must honour opt-outs immediately. You may not use RocketReply to send deceptive, abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful messages.

4. Subscription and billing

RocketReply is offered on a monthly subscription. New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. Billing is handled by Stripe; you can manage or cancel from the billing portal at any time. We do not offer annual prepayment.

5. Data and ownership

You retain ownership of your data. We act as a processor, hosting your data with Supabase and Railway and sending messages through your own WhatsApp connection. We do not sell your data.

6. Limitation of liability

RocketReply is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for WhatsApp bans, number restrictions, lost messages, or third-party platform changes.

7. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. Upon cancellation, your data is retained for a reasonable period and then deleted.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
